The Thaw. “VERMILLION ALERT! All hands to interference stations, I’m about to interfere with a society that doesn’t need my help!” Join Liam & Suzanne talk about this clown heavy episode, and list out all of Harry Kim’s desires.

What to expect from episode 43: Vermillion Alert?
When IT meets Star Trek and have a baby, we end up with The Thaw – a delightful episode with a creepy clown that has taken over a system where aliens have managed to stay in stasis to ride out a collapsed environment (take note, kids, as this is your future on planet Earth with the way we are going!).
Upsides to this episode – Harry Kim almost dies again! Downsides – the ‘almost’ part of that upside.
Intro
Liam and Suzanne don’t really do an intro of note this episode, sorry! Or, at least, Liam was editing this episode while flying at 39,000ft over Turkey so he doesn’t actually remember hearing the introduction (PS – apologies if there is any random noise fluff that has stayed in this).
Tangents
What would you manifest if you were in stasis for 19 years? I can tell you, it wouldn’t be a weird clown. I’m sure y’all can guess what Liam would do. Suzanne thought would manifest a whole room of sexy Chakotays.
Vermillion Alert
Liam and Suzanne come up with two new kinds of alerts on Voyager to go with Blue, Red, and Yellow alerts. You’re going to have to listen to find out what Vermillion alert and Magenta alert are!
Right way, wrong way, or the Jane-Way?
Is sending Harry Kim AND B’Elanna into the simulation a right way? Do you think sending herself in a Jane-way? One thing is for sure, there are definitely some wrong ways in this episode!
